Planning Commission

Planning Commission meets on the third Monday of each month. In instances when a meeting date conflicts with the observance of a town holiday, the meeting may be held on an alternate date. Special called meetings may be scheduled at any time by a majority of commission members with at least 24 hours' public notice.

Unless otherwise stated on the agenda, all regular Planning Commission meetings will begin at 6:00PM. All meetings will take place at Awendaw Town Hall unless otherwise posted. Agendas will be posted at least 24 hours in advance of each meeting. All meetings are open to the public and will be live streamed on the town's YouTube channel. ​

The deadline for applications to be considered on the upcoming agenda is at least 30 days prior to the scheduled meeting date.
