EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Full-Time Position
STATUS: Exempt SALARY RANGE: $50,000 - $60,000 JOB SUMMARY: Appointed by the Town Council, the Treasurer is responsible for providing the necessary accounting and financial services for the town. This includes all the duties and responsibilities outlined in Chapter 34, Finance Administration, in the Town of Awendaw Code of Ordinances. EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Full-Time Position
STATUS: Exempt SALARY RANGE: $50,000 - $60,000 JOB SUMMARY: The Facilities & Grounds Technician supports the Town of Awendaw by maintaining Town-owned buildings, parks, grounds, trails, recreational areas, and public facilities. This position plays a key role in ensuring that Awendaw’s public spaces remain clean, safe, functional, and welcoming for residents, visitors, and community partners. Work includes landscaping, custodial duties, routine maintenance, minor repairs, and operational support for Town facilities and events. This position reports to the Town Administrator. EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Full-Time Position
STATUS: Exempt SALARY RANGE: $55,000 - $75,000 JOB SUMMARY: The Utilities Manager is responsible for ensuring that the Town of Awendaw's Water System complies with all applicable state and federal regulations. The Utilities Manager directs all positions related to the water department and oversees its operations. This position reports to the Town Administrator.
