The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Oct. 20, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, 6971 Doar Road, Awendaw, SC 29429, to approve the following road and easement names pursuant to S.C. Code § 6-29-1200 and Town Code § 153.004:
1. Subdivision: 5 Road Names within The Preserve at Seewee Sound – TMS 680-00-00-055
a. Run Big Drive
b. Randy Road
c. Lynne Kaya Lane
d. Shellfish Drive
e. Raptor Drive
2. Doar Creek Trail – TMS 700-00-00-062
3. Henry Steed Road – TMS 661-00-00-043
4. Sweetwater Lane – TMS 661-00-00-288
5. Awendaw Farm Court – TMS 700-00-00-107
