Board of Zoning Appeals
Board of Zoning Appeals meets on the first Monday of each month. In instances when a meeting date conflicts with the observance of a town holiday, the meeting may be held on an alternate date. Special called meetings may be scheduled at any time by a majority of board members with at least 24 hours' public notice.
Unless otherwise stated on the agenda, all regular Board of Zoning Appeals meetings will begin at 6:00PM. All meetings will take place at Awendaw Town Hall unless otherwise posted. Agendas will be posted at least 24 hours in advance of each meeting. All meetings are open to the public and will be live streamed on the town's YouTube channel.
